Art + Jewelry: Athens Jewelry Week

Athens Jewelry Week was first held in the summer of 2016 with a vision to promote contemporary artistic jewelry and Greek creators. Through exhibitions, lectures and workshops, visitors have the opportunity to discover the contemporary trend of art jewelry by artists who consider jewelry as a work of art using the human body as a “canvas”. The second edition of the event, in 2017, expanded its boundaries by creating a bridge between Greek and international creators and collectives active in modern jewelry. This year, in its third edition, AJW will present the work of 120 creators of modern jewelry from all over the world.
