Luminous landscapes and Mediterranean scenes are depicted in contrast with dark backgrounds where silhouettes are standing waiting for something unexpected to help them escape from everyday life. While the clean geometry and solid colors give a sense of calmness, the details betray the intense motion generated by the wind and rain. The work is characterized by a peaceful balance of contrasts.
